After we receive your payment, the album will be shipped within 48 hours and we will send you an e-mail confirmation. The album costs €10.00 + €3.00 for p&p.

Will you store my e-mail address and personal info?
We will not store or give your e-mail address and personal info to anyone and we will not use them for any other reason than to send you the CD. After we send you the CD, your e-mail address and personal info are completely deleted.

Why didn't I receive an e-mail confirmation?
E-mail confirmations are sent to you after your order has been shipped. We also send e-mail notifications if there are any problems in processing your order. However, if an e-mail is not received, please check your junk/spam folder. Our e-mail might have been forwarded there.

Where do you ship?
We ship internationally.

How soon do orders go out?
As long as the CD is in stock, within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that payment has been processed.

When will my CD arrive?
Your CD will arrive in 2-8 business days depending on where you live.

What happens if my CD arrives damaged in the mail?
We take shipping very seriously and will package your CD very carefully with an extra strong corrugated cardboard to protect it during shipping. However, if your CD arrives damaged in the mail, just let us know and we will send you another one immediately. Free of charge.

What is your return/refund policy?
We will accept back for refund albums which still have our shrink wrap on them. If they have been opened, they are not refundable. Shipping and handling costs and autographed CDs are not refundable as well.

Will Sakis autograph my CD?
If you want Sakis to autograph your CD, just let us know to whom you'd like Sakis to address the autograph, and he'll be happy to do it.
